The acclaimed restaurant recently welcomed a new chef de cuisine, Hugo Bertolini. The celebrated Argentinian chef received his education at the Instituto Arrayanes in Mendoza, Argentina. He has worked as a commis chef for Park Hyatt Mendoza, learned the secret of sushi making at Brazil Tako Sushi Bar and travelled all the way to Hong Kong where he became chef de cuisine at the Tango Argentinian Steakhouse.
Backed by his wealth of culinary experience and gastronomical flair and artistry, Bertolini has created for diners at C’s a new rotating set lunch menus that incorporate sustainable, fresh, local produce as well as meat and seafood with the highest standard of quality.
